I exercise at home 95% of the time, and sometimes it’s a challenge to keep myself motivated. When I do the same pinterest workouts time and time again I start to get bored! I’ve found that the best way to keep myself motivated is to switch up my workouts every once in awhile and recently, I’ve been on this YouTube kick. I tried doing a workout posted on YouTube once a few weeks ago and decided I love it because I feel like I’m in class at Vasa Fitness with friends and an instructor to keep me going. But really, I’m waking up two minutes before my “class” starts and going to my basement.
I decided I’d post a few of my favorite workouts I’ve found through YouTube. Some of them may seem easy at first, but the repetition is harder than you think! I’ve done a few of these workouts thinking they were easy and then the following day I was SO sore. Try these ones out and let me know what you think!
Just remember, when it comes to working out you don’t have to be better than anyone else. Just push yourself to be better than you were yesterday!
