The secret is to TRUST YOURSELF. Your body already knows what it needs, wants, and loves. Your body knows when it’s tired, hungry, or needs a break. Your body understands itself completely!
I’ve been asked time and time again what the best ways to stay “healthy” are. Truth is, I can tell you what works for me, but I cannot tell you what will work for you! I’m always here to cheer you on and give you additional information you may want, but each of our body’s react SO differently to food, exercise, and mental health activities.
I genuinely enjoy Zumba and High Fitness classes because my body feels happier and stronger afterwards. Some of my favorite meals are 100% plant-based because a lot of vegetables help my body feel energized and powerful. I enjoy meditation and driving without music (sometimes) because afterwards my brain feels focused and relaxed.
Will these things work for everyone? NO. And that’s okay! It’s taken me years of trial and error to find these answers. I’m here to tell you something I wish I had been told from the very beginning. TRUST YOURSELF! Your feelings don’t lie! YOU already have the answers. Listen to your body– you’ll be amazed at the difference this makes! ♡
